How much time do I need to commit each week?Beyond our weekly 60-minute session, you can expect to devote around 30-60 minutes per day to implementing health practices that we'll integrate with your current lifestyle. This is meant to feel nurturing, not overwhelming.

Will I receive support between coaching sessions?Yes, you'll have my email support between our weekly calls to ask questions, share updates, and receive additional resources. I'm here to cheer you on every step of the way!

What if I need to miss a week?Life happens! While consistency is key, we can occasionally reschedule weekly sessions with advance notice to accommodate planned travel, emergencies, or illness.

How many sessions will I need?It takes 30 days of commitment to form a habit and 60 more days to cement it. My coaching for 90 days will help you make healthy habits a part of your life. You may not need another coaching session.
