As a mother, Health & Life Coach, and Hatha Yoga Teacher, I'm here to guide you — with empathy, compassion, and integrity — on a transformative journey back to your most joyful, radiant self. Classical Hatha Yoga

Being a mother is one of life's most rewarding roles, yet it can leave you feeling depleted at times. I've been there, too!  Classical Hatha Yoga has brought profound transformation to my own life —  bringing lasting joy, clarity, and inner balance.


In this nurturing, committed space, you'll experience the authentic yogic wisdom of a 15,000-year-old tradition that traces its origin to Adi Yogi (1st Yogi) Shiva. Though ancient, the yogic practices are deeply relevant to modern life.

With over 1,750 hours of intensive Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher training from Sadhguru Gurukulam, I can guide you through your yoga journey with not only physical poses (asana) but also conscious breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana) to help you find serenity and peace.


Whether you join my small group sessions or want more personalized one-on-one classes at my cozy home studio in Markham or online, you'll find a nurturing, relaxing space. I offer flexible schedules to make self-care easily fit your busy-mom life. This sacred circle is always supportive and encouraging to reconnect with your innermost strength as a woman and mother.
