GET BLISSED OUT BY A HEALTHY SNACKY BALL

SUNFLOWER SEED-CACAO SUNFLOWER BLISS BALL

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, lightly ground if using food processor to make the bliss ball mixture
1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs hemp seeds
6-7 Organic Medjool Dates, pitted, soaked
2 tbs + 1-2 tbs extra (to roll the balls in) dried coconut flakes
1 tbs coconut oil
Preparation Steps:
In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and process until they stick together. Make into small balls and roll them in the dried coconut flakes and enjoy!
Coconut Frosting
Total Prep time: 15 minutes; Makes: ½ cup;
Ingredients:
· ½ cup coconut milk
· 2 tbs arrow root starch
· 1 ½ tbs coconut sugar
· 1 tbs coconut oil
Preparation Steps:
Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender until creamy. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before pouring on the cacao sunflower bliss ball
