A SIMPLE, HEALTHY PANCAKE TO ENJOY FOR BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Uncooked Quinoa

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Organic Un-sulphered Molasses

  • Salt as needed

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Extract - optional

  • 1 small banana - optional

  • About 1.5 cup water

  • Coconut oil to oil the iron skillet

Method:

  • Soak Quinoa overnight

  • Discard the water and wash throughly

  • In a high speed or any type of blender, add all the ingredients except coconut oil, baking soda and apple cider and blend together.

  • Mix it well with baking soda and apple cider vinegar ingredients in a bowel

  • Heat an iron skillet and make your pancake and enjoy!

Note: If you can tolerate Wheat, you can replace Quinoa with it Wheat flour.
