Quality Fuel:

If you, for an example, put the wrong kind of fuel into your automobile, you will damage the engine.  Similarly, in order to properly nourish your body, which is a magnificent vehicle that carries the life within you, the food you consume should be the right kind of food for your body.  Otherwise, it will damage your body. What food is right for me? It should depend on your unique body constitution, biochemistry, age, and how much activity you perform.  The quality of food is more important than quantity of food.  If you don't eat right for your body, it is bound to experience health imbalances and diseases that would rob you of your peace and joy! This will lead to various imbalances/illness in your system.


What else is needed?


Optimal Digestion:

For the human body to be in balance, the digestive system also known as the GUT (Gastrointestinal Tract) should function optimally.  The food should not only be properly digested, the nutrients should also be absorbed and assimilated into your body efficiently.  The food should energize you not make you dull or have adverse reactions after consuming it.  If your digestive system is not working optimally, you may experience symptoms such as these:

  • Bloating

  • Abdominal pain/cramping

  • Constipation

  • Headache/Migraine
